Commission a form delivery and monitoring assessment
If the enquiry route has failed more than once, or a missed message has a material business cost, bring the monitoring requirement into the brief. Repairing a current incident, checking the delivery path and implementing recurring observation are separate pieces of work. The proposal should make clear which one you are buying.
What the initial scope should contain
Start with the forms that matter, their language and conditional routes, expected recipients and the person responsible for following up. Agree which checkpoints can be observed and which depend on a mailbox owner, provider or CRM administrator. The WordPress form-testing plan for 2027 helps describe the coverage; the form-to-CRM reconciliation guide helps separate a delivered message from an enquiry somebody can work.
A scoped assessment should leave a route inventory, an evidence record, gaps that need another owner and a recommendation for the next intervention. If recurring checks are appropriate, the implementation quote should identify the controlled test destination, frequency, failure signal, reporting and response owner. Agree how tests are distinguished from sales enquiries and how long their records remain.
Define the operating agreement before the recurring work
Ask which failures produce an alert, where that alert goes and when someone will respond. A page-availability check, a provider acceptance event and confirmed receipt cover different stages. Coverage should describe the stages actually observed. Continuous observation and round-the-clock response should appear in an agreed scope before you rely on either.
To request a form delivery monitoring assessment, send public form URLs, expected destinations, recent examples with personal information removed and the business consequence of a missed message. We can use that material to define the initial review and quote. Do not put passwords in the request; access is arranged after the scope is agreed.
